What does a full Integrative Health Coaching program look like?

When partnering with a coach; the most common coaching series begins with a commitment of a minimum of three months which will include the following:

  • ​two 40 minute sessions per month

  • text/email/or call support between sessions

  • access to my resources to help you succeed 

  • coaching and support to help you make the necessary lifestyle changes you desire 

  • ability to opt in to your preference of frequency of motivational text

  • healthy but simple recipes 

  • up to date handouts to increase your nutritional knowledge

At your initial session you will gain a new understanding in the different areas of your life that can affect your health. Additionally, we'll establish your readiness for change and what areas you want to focus on improving.

You and your coach will then establish S.M.A.R.T. goals and come up with preparations strategies as well as potential barriers that may arise. 

​

As you continue to move through your various stages of change, you and your coach will continue to assure you are making healthy behavioral changes that feels sustainable to you.

​

While the end of your coaching agreement nears, and you feel satisfied with your progress you have made towards your goals, you maybe ready to complete your coaching relationship. Other times you may choose to renew your coaching agreement, perhaps working on additional goals.
